Extjs 4 based flow chart component

Hi, all:

Today we released our extjs 4 based Flow chart component [Beta Version]. There are still lots of things need to be added / updated. However, it works and can easily generate a professional looking flow chart. Have a look the demo public view [View only - after your login, you will be able to edit it]:

Looks interesting - this seems like a good base for a graphics manipulation type online app - something like ms paint or photoshop (albeit simplified), ie with the adding of shapes and moving them around on a canvas.

For warm words and good suggestion. We are thinking add more shapes and try to see whether we can build something like MS Visio. There still lots of work ahead although it is a good start.

Currently we have 2 components in our CubeDrive.com site, doodle and flow chart. We are upgrade doodle now. At this moment, we are keeping move forward and try to see how far we can go.

interesting start... need node based connectors on shapes tho, people want to join a connector to a link point on a shape.

For your nice words. We will spend more time to move it forward. As your said, more shapes etc. Currently we just have too much on our hand. Try to cover so many fields. We are working on Touch version now. We will for sure come back.

What are you plans as far as license? Open source? Personally I don't care about making money, my extensions are more or less my resume so I MIT everything now and let people make my stuff even better if they so choose.

Hi, Mitchell:

Yes, you remind me that maybe we need do more. At this moment, we just think Flow Chart as one of components in our organization private cloud system. I means any organization buy our private cloud license will have flow chart too. Maybe we need think cut this out and do something.

If this is for my personal practice project, I will sure make it open source. As your said. it is a kind of resume. However, as a company I have to think about how to survive. So it will be a little bit hard for us to make this totally MIT. I wish I can win a lottery and do not need worry my guys pay check next months
