    If you inspect the DOM of rendered Ext buttons, you should be able to figure it out what images and styles to override.

    I can do that using ext.debugger , right ?
    I will also need to make rounded corners and shadow effect, where to search ?

    Use Firebug to display the rendered HTML and look at right panel to see what CSS is applied to the DOM element you selected in the left panel.

    yes I know this company it makes very good UI components but I just hate to use ASP.NET,

    If I need to make any new look to my site I have to buy the component or make it myself which will cost me time and of course money, so I use PHP and I hope I can get from Ext what I need.

    Not to hijack this thread, but I've used CA before and they obfuscate all of their javascript. Also, they include LOTS of javascript inline, to me it appears as though the client side stuff was all a bit of an afterthought.
