It isn't out-of-the-box but several people have implemented variations on this theme. I had a quick look but I couldn't find any of them: this was the closest. You could have a go at doing it yourself, it isn't trivial but it shouldn't be super difficult either. For what it's worth, this sort of thing is much easier with ExtJS 4.
