Exclamation Question about GPL license and Commercial License

Question about GPL license and Commercial License

I am planning to develop a help desk system using Ext-JS ( and other open source technologies Spring , Hibernate ,my SQL etc..). Development of this application will NOT need any modifications to Ext-JS source code or overriding the methods of Ext-JS API.

Does it come under GPL licensing only ? Can I sell this product to my clients ? Can I make business with this application without paying you guys any developer licensing costs or any other fees ?

Can you give me some insight of what I can not do or what I can with this application ?

    Surya,

Ext JS is licensed under one open source license and two commercial licenses. Please see http://www.sencha.com/extjs/license for more information, or contact us via email at licensing@sencha.com.

    Thanks!
    Jay
