    Opening a window instance from a menu works only 2 times on chrome or iExploerer

    Hi am using a docked menu where some items open custom classes that are simply an extension of a window (see below an excerpt of the code, EXTjs 4.0.2).
    Everything goes well on Firefox 4.0.

    Using Chrome (12.0.742.100) and i Explorer (6.0) on the third time I open one of these windows clicking on the menu item, errors like following ones appear:
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'isReader' of undefined
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'substring' of undefine

    and i should reload the page to have it working. I have done a lot of debugging, but without luck.

    Can someone help me?

    this.adminMenu = Ext.create('Ext.Action', {
    text: 'Admin',
    iconCls: 'admin',
    id: 'adminMenu',
    hidden:true,
    menu:{
    items: [
    '<b class="menu-title">Administrator</b>',
    {
    text: 'Manage users',
    iconCls: 'user-profile',
    menu: {
    items: [{
    text: 'Add user',
    iconCls: 'user-add',
    handler:this.onUserAdd
    },{
    text: 'Edit user',
    iconCls: 'user-profile',
    handler:this.onUserEdit
    }
    ]
    }
    }
    ]}
    });

    where, for example

    onUserAdd: function(){
    win = Ext.create('manageuserwindow',{
    listeners:{
    refreshUsers:function(){
    }
    }
    })
    win.show();
    },

    the manageuserwindow simply extends Ext.window.Window.

    I have done a lot of debug but the problem still there...
    I can post more details, if required.

    Thanks in advance

    Had the same problem last week...
    You're probably defining the same class multiple times.
