Hey guys!
Did you tried new Designer?
http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?152941-Sencha-Designer-2-Beta-Download-links
Still in beta but worth the effort and the money!
I think you get a 60 or 90 trial days.
You can craft MVC applications, traditional applications (you can write events directly in the views) or a mix.
Regards.UI: Sencha Architect 2.x / ExtJS 4 MVC
Server side: EJB 3.1 / CDI / JPA 2 / JAX-RS / JasperReports
Application Server: Glassfish 3.1.x
Databases: Oracle 10g & 11g / DB2 9 & 10 / Firebird 2.5
