I been working on an application of mine which initially was intent to be open source.

Now I realized that is not convenient for me then I decided not to release as OS so I have to buy a ExtJS licence.

I'm short on cash now so I may can't buy support for now.
My question is:

If I buy ExtJS license without support do I will have access to latest ExtJS 4 builds, say 4.0.3/4/5 and so?
