[OPEN][1.2 Beta] Duplicated properties in border layout items (panels)

When you add a viewport with border layout, then add panel in center region or other region. There are duplicated properties between Ext.AbstractComponent and Ext.layout.BorderLayout in the panel

e.g
if I select my center panel and type collapsible, minWidth, minHeight etc, appears two options to set.
If I select/set both options, both is added in code viewer
Is it a bug?

Thanks Wemerson, this is an open ticket and I will be addressing this before GA. It is still an open issue in our Beta release. Cheers.
