    Book and / or Ebook Sencha Touch


    Hello Community!

    Well I a UI development, so in my job want start a mobile web app development powered by Sencha touch. So i'm looking for a good collection of books to increase the options to learn and support the framework.

    I found a good options searching in the forums, and searching in Amazon

    But (always have a but) ... we want more options to evaluate the best options and buy it.

    Can you help me? Also, The post will help to the new "senchars" to find a big library to learn, improve and explore the framework.

    Are you asking which book is better? From what I can tell the second one isn't actually available yet

    The first book isn't finished yet, but you can get the current state as an ebook from the publisher. I have a copy, and at the moment it is very rough and ready, and hasn't been much use to me. It jumps straight in with a complicated example using concepts that haven't yet been explained. However, it is yet to be finished and edited, and the author's book on Ext.JS is much better, so I hope this will eventually be the same standard when it is complete.

    I'm sooooooo disappointed in Jesus Garcia and Anthony De Moss.. I bought the ebook in advance like you explained it a few months ago. It was the first time I bought a book that way and was (stupidly) expecting some updates from time to time but just nothing... The only update i saw, is the release date...
    I'm really angry.. really..

    Yes, I am also really disappointed in the authors and publishers. No more Manning Publications for me.
