How to create paths from data sets

Hey people,

Any tips/tools on creating paths for line charts when using data from json or xml?

For example I have monthly visitor numbers that I wish to plot over a year, how would I get a path to plot on a line chart?

I don't understand what you mean by "get a path to plot", can you elaborate on what you are trying to do?

nevermind, I was confused by the random numbers created to plot the line in the line chart example. Plugged in my own data and have it working.
