[1.2 Beta] Project Settings ExtJs Path with missing trailing slash

Hiya,

If you miss a trailing slash from the end of the ExtJs path in project settings it won't build the URL correctly.

It would be great if you could default one on there - makes it easier especially for newbies who are just getting used to the whole set up.
