Question FileUploadField: where do I get the file data?

FileUploadField: where do I get the file data?

    Hello all -

I am using FileUploadField in my Ext 3.3.1 application. When I select a file, I see that value="filename.jpg". But how do I get the actual file data to upload?

Apologies if this is a repeat question but I couldn't find the answer in the forum.

    Thanks for your time.
