Fieldset title/checkboxes are misaligned

css used:

• only default ext-all.css

Browser versions tested against:

• IE8
• FF5

Operating System:

• WinXP Pro

Description:

• When fieldset are contained inside a borderless parent fieldset, the titles and checkboxes are misaligned

Test Case:

    see attached Ext 1.2beta2 designer project

• open the xds_index.html file in IE8. Looks OK in FF5

The result that was expected:

• same in both browsers

The result that occurs instead:

• IE8 is misaligned
