Unanswered: Text Scaling
Unanswered: Text Scaling
I've noticed that on Ipad, the charts look fantastic. But when switching to android or iphone, you obviously lose a lot of space in regards to labeling the columns, bars, etc. It seems that by default, as the display screen shrinks, it will start dropping text labels. Is there a way to prevent this. I'd like to do something like where if the screen gets smaller, the text will start to remove letters -- ie Seattle -- goes down to Seatt --- to Seat -- to Sea -- to S. That way no matter the size of the screen the user would have a general idea of who the column or bar belonged too. Hopefully what I am trying to say makes sense.

Adding ellipsis support for all labels sounds like a good idea. I'll add it on for a future release.

Ok great. Well, another idea would be to instead of labeling the columns, bars with text, place a small button which can act as a user popup for details, ie the label of the column. Does charts support anything of this sort currently?

You can do that sort of thing in a renderer which you can customize.
