where to test for 4.0.4 or 4.0.5 release?

My boss hesitant whether we should buy Extjs framework?

I know that 4.1.0 will be further progressed,but my boss can't wait.
And I see that 4.0.4 or 4.0.5 has been released,but not for public.
So I can't test it whaterver.
Does there have some way to get a copy of 4.0.4 or 4.0.5?
