Extjs datagrid Header Menu position

I have problem with datagird. my application is having Tab panel, in that panel i am displaying Datagrid along with form, initially from is disabled if click on one of the record then only from will enabled having that records details. but initially when i click on header menu for last displayed column sub menu list items are displayed in beneath of the disabled from panel. Is there any solution for this. if my problem is not cleared please check the attachment.
