Where can I find any issue about "data-qtip" or "data-qtitle", etc.?

I want to config the display time of the qtip, butI cannot find anything about them in API, or in google...

But the example shows just one property "data-qtip", when I google it I found others mentioned "data-qtitle" but still without any further points.
