    Default [FIXED] JSON data not working after I export project

    [FIXED] JSON data not working after I export project

    Hello,

    I created a project in ext designer. I can setup the proxy and see the data when I am using the designer.

    I am using apache, so I set up a folder in htdocs/data. The filename is accounts.json

    My URL prefix is http://localhost:8080/

    When I export my project I am getting a script tag proxy error.

    [COLOR=red !important]XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///C:/Apache/htdocs/Analytics/a...=1316697383910. Cross origin requests are only supported for HTTP.

    [/COLOR]Here is my store.

    Code:
    Ext.define('MyApp.store.MyJsonStore', {
        extend: 'Ext.data.Store',

        constructor: function(cfg) {
            var me = this;
            cfg = cfg || {};
            me.callParent([Ext.apply({
                autoLoad: true,
                storeId: 'MyJsonStore',
                proxy: {
                    type: 'ajax',
                    url: 'data/accounts.json',
                    reader: {
                        type: 'json',
                        idProperty: 'accountNumber',
                        root: 'accounts'
                    }
                },
                fields: [
                    {
                        name: 'accountNumber'
                    },
                    {
                        name: 'accountName'
                    },
                    {
                        name: 'accountType'
                    }
                ]
            }, cfg)]);
        }
    });
    What am I doing wrong?

    Looks good to me. Are you able to load data/accounts.json directly in the browser?

    Default Got it working

    Got it working

    Hello, I got it working. For whatever reason, I have to use aptana to run the project outside of Ext Designer. Actually, I cannot run the project FROM EXT designer. It is freezing on me. It is also hiding components when I select them, then saying
    An unexpected error occurred.
    TypeError: 'null' is not an object

    I JUST bought the license, and haven't got it back yet. I am running a brand new laptop. Anyone else having this issue?

    What components are you using? is it possible to attach the project file or send us (designer.feedback@sencha.com ) a project file?
    Thanks

    Default Problem with ext

    Problem with ext

    I just sent it to the email address that you provided. I am getting the error a lot when I resize, or click on different tab panels. They also hide once I click on them.

    Thanks much for sending the file. This will be resolved in your next update.

    Default Next Update

    Next Update

    When is that supposed to occur?? I see that 1.2.1 is the next update? We are in the middle of a project and this can be a great resource to put together and make changes on the fly instantly for our non-tech people to see what they want before we completely build it out.

    Another thing I would be looking for is the ability to import an existing project that we have, that is not built in designer that follows the mvc pattern. Any progress on that level of integration?

    We track a bunch of metadata about your classes that would not be retrieveable/parseable by reading in your project.
