AbstractElement & AbstractHelper missing? on dynamic loading

I get the following error when wiring up an application
Cannot find the following files:
/src/dom/AbstractElement.js
/src/dom/AbstractHelper.js

I started a 4.0 app with the Ext Designer and I am moving it into starting to do the coding for it.
The app work just fine in with the designer created html file.

Is this new to 4.1? If not, you'll probably want to post something in a more attended part of the forum. I am not too familiar with Designer which may be a key part in the puzzle.

If this worked in 4.0 and not in 4.1, if you could post an example (maybe a zip if necessary) that would help locate the problem.
