Unanswered: Creating custom Proxy, where to put source file?

I have overridden the rest proxy, but I cannot get it to load.

I have the same symptoms as this guy

I have specified an 'appfolder' on my application, but it seems to ignore that when making the request for the proxy code. Could this be the bug?

    Has anyone done this successfully?

Please post your code. There's no need to post the custom logic of your proxy, just the bits relevant to getting it to load.
