Default How to provide alt tag for the background images of Ext-JS Grid table header?

How to provide alt tag for the background images of Ext-JS Grid table header?

    Ext-table.jpg

In my application I am using this Ext-JS-3 table, I want to make it accessible. As you can see no alt tag is showing for the background images of the table header. As far i know these images are rendering from CSS where we cannot provide alt tag. Please help me out exactly in which file i need to change.

    Thanks

You can play around with the templates on the grid view.
