Slider Events
Slider Events
Hello,
in Sencha Touch 2.0 there is only the Change Event for the slider object.
In Sencha Touch 1 there are a lot more Events!
Will there be the same events for the Touch 2.0 Slider in the future?
Bye, Jochen

The should be. We do plan to review any missing API pieces. I'll add a bug for Slide to make sure it matches.

We are still at a preview stage, as soon as the problem is resolved it would be part of the next preview. Once we hit beta, then it will be on SVN before the normal releases.

dragstart, drag, and dragend event have been added back. I have also fixed up the event signature for the change event and it now fires properly only on a change with new and old values. This will be in the next release.

I'm looking at the 2.0 RC and I still can't find these events.
In my opinion a slider is very useless when you can't see the value on the fly.Founder of the Path of Exticism

Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for
TOUCH-1034
in
2.0.
