Theme Olive

After Ext 2.0.1 exclamination image was changed.
But I did not update this theme... but I wish to ...

Thank you for such a great theme. DarkGray is also affected by the latest changes, easy to fix though..

It seems some of the images are missing, is this possible? Can you please upload the theme again? It's very urgent

Hi,
I love your great work and decided to use it. I downloaded Coolite 0.8 but I'm afraid Coolite controls lose their look and feel. I tested on 0.7 version and there isn't any problem.

Do you know why?
