SenchaTouch site in portrait works great but in landscape very sluggish.

This is a vague question but can anyone think of a reason why a site would perform well in portrait mode but very sluggish in landscape mode? I'm not loading anything differently in landscape mode but when i click a tab or button my app pauses for a few seconds before switching to the next card.

Too much generic question
Device orientation does not affect application speed.
Maybe there's something wrong in your app...
