    Unanswered: Can we create bar chart which have two values inside a label ?

    Hello,

    I am newbie in extjs. I am developing simple temprature bar chart of a month with daily basis. which shows me maximum and minimum temprature from day one to day last i.e: I have selected month "October" Then, it should shows the temprature from 1-Oct-2011 -31-Oct-2011 with minimum and maximum temprature.
    here is the code:
    Code:
    var data = [['1-Oct-2011',20 degree, 35 degree],['2-Oct-2011',25 degree,40 degree]...['31-Oct-2011',25 degree,40 degree];

    //created the Store that will manipulate the information
    var store = new Ext.data.ArrayStore({
    	fields:[{name:'days of month'},{name:'temprature', type:'float'}]
    });
    store.loadData(data); // loading the information in the store
    Can anyone help me. It is not working for me. please any help appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Manveer

    IMHO, this is a fundamental shortcoming of the entire label renderer. Most renderers pass the value, record, index, etc. The renderer for label only passes the value to be transformed.

    It's hard to determine where to get the reference record without ultimately overriding the way series call their label renderers.
