Getting information from you is like pulling teeth.
We've dealt a number of times over the last 2 months and you just frustrate me.
I don't think you understand some of the questions.
Anyways I still stand by my subject line: Insufficient support for major bug fix
I don't see that paid support is worth it.
You've told me that my support credits will be used up to report defects in your software.
We do not have the same concept of support and I do agree with the concept of paid support, just not yours.

I do not believe I have shown you any disrespect in this thread so I will ask for you to not show me disrespect.
You will not be charged for reporting bugs on this forum (if fact we are gracious if a bug is found) but if your app needs to a fix right away then we can provide you with an override to fix that issue. You would have to open a support ticket and that would use the credits but reporting bugs on the forum does not constitue credits being used.Mitchell Simoens @SenchaMitch
