Question about index page and views

Hi I've these question... suppose that I've a complex app with many views (20).

I'll have for example 20 files in View folder *.js

Do I've to load all these files in my index.html page??

If yes... this can make app very slow.... I load all files on index.htm page!!

another question:

is it right to have only a html page? index.html

I've a sencha-touch.js file... how Can I know if I'm using 1.0 or 2.0 version??

I suppose 1.0 ... do you mean that with 2.0 is possible and with 1.0 not?
