How to use scroll bar

I want to use scroll bar in Sencha Touch app like PC Web app.
My client requests they use the app in PC browser.the app is made for iPad.

Then, scroll bar is displayed when they use the app in PC browser.
And,scroll bar is not displayed and they can swipe scroll when they use the app in iPad.

Can I satisfied my client's request?

I read your solution and embed my app.

I forgot property 'autoScroll'.
