It works in 1.x, but not in 2.x

Hi,
can anybody tell my, why my "example-app" doesn't work in 2.x anymore:

Here it works (sencha touch 1):

And with sencha touch 2, it doesn't work:

BTW some other questions:
- How can i prevent that safari opens a new window when canhging from the index.html to the other page (on iphone)?
- How can i prevent the vertical scroll-possibility in the carousel?

What doesn't work? I'm assuming you have made all the syntax changes and noticed the big difference in the class and class loading? Please be more specific

YOu are right, but i dont't know what doesn't work:
When you click on the linke (shown above), i get an empty page...
BTW: How can i find errors? It works how i want or i get an empty page - no error messages...
