draw.Text - Rotate Text.html example feedback

I modified the RotateText.js file. Text rotation is very uneven (in VML or SVG ) when I use the setAngle method instead of the commented out code.

Is the Text component going to be included in 4.1 final?

It looks like the Text component is ready. We will find out for sure with beta 1 drops soon but it's in the git repo.
