Promote to class a grid view

If you promote to class a grid view inside a grid panel cause Designer not render components anymore.
It is easy to reproducte:
1) Create new project 4.0
2) Insert a grid panel
3) Promote to class MyGridView

Yeah you shouldn't be able to promote a grid view. We've turned that off in 2.x.

But sometimes it is necessary to promote to class to add some custom config:

In 2.x you will be able to add a Basic Function to the grid view to override things like getRowClass
