Ext.data.ScriptTagProxy reads a data object from a URL which may be in a domain other than the originating domain of the running page.

But it(Ext.data.ScriptTagProxy) will decode or rendered only an array of records

My requirement is to receive a single object (or http response that can decode using JSON)

How is it possible?

The ext Ext.form.Action in BasicForm will not support this cross domain data transfer
