Answered: Using Sencha Viewport inside a "window", i.e., not a full blown Sencha app

    Hi,

From what I've read it's not clear if this is possible, and I've tried some simple things and failed.

Say I have an HTML app which doesn't use Sencha Touch. Would it be possible to say, create a carousel inside that app?

    Thanks!

  2. You can render any component into any element on the page. So if there is a <div> you want to render a carousel to, just use the renderTo config on the carousel and pass in the id of that element. You will have to set the size.

    Awesome, that works!

Well, I'm new and it appears there are some tweaks I need to make, but I'm on the right path so thanks a lot.
