Not able to remove item from a tabpanel

Hello,

I have a tab-panel and i am adding few items dynamically into it. I want to delete the same from the tab-panel. However, when i delete the item from tab-panel the item content is getting deleted but the tab is still visible in the tab-bar. The tab-bar is not getting refreshed. Please find the sample screenshot as attachment.

Any JS errors that are prohibiting? I just ran this test on our latest code that will be apart of the next release and no errors:

var tab = Ext.create('Ext.tab.Panel', {
    fullscreen : true,
    items      : [
        {
            title : 'One',
            html  : 'one'
        },
        {
            title : 'Two',
            html  : 'two'
        }
    ]
});

setTimeout(function() {
    tab.removeAt(2);
}, 1000);
