How could I detect the tap event?

What I want to do is to load the store when the combo box is tapped not automatically.

Is there a way of doing this?


Another question is how to remove the last selection of the selectfield, that's because I try to empty the store and it's done but the last selection stays selected, and I would like to show the placeholder instead the last selection.
