Ext.Loader loads each file separately which is not optimal. It has to open a socket, download and execute which is slower than one large file.
When you do get one file built with your app classes and the Sencha Touch widgets you would include app-all.js after you include sencha-touch.js (note not using sencha-touch-all.js)Mitchell Simoens @SenchaMitch
