MinLengthValidator message for TextArea shows currently length

If I enter a string of < 10 charactesr in your FormsExample, I expect a validation error, which does occur. However, when I hover over the error for the tip, the error message is "The minimum length for this field is X" where X is the number of characters I entered into the description (or the number previously entered, if I hover on the tip w/out leaving focus of the field), it does not say "The minimum length for this field is 10", as expected.
