Unanswered: Adding ToolTip with an Icon to a form field or label
What is the best way to add a tooltip or quicktip with an icon to a form's Label or Field?
An example would be appreciated.

You can create a tooltip instance with target and delegate. This should be able to have a shared one but use delegate to popup for that DOM selector
