Unable to register Designer: "A server error has occurred"
Unable to register Designer: "A server error has occurred"
Hi,
I'm unable to register Sencha Designer 2. I get the error message:
A server error has occurred
This happens when I enter a valid Sencha ID and password.
Any suggestions? I'm not able to use Designer unless I can register.
I tried from Mac as well as Windows. Is the problem with my specific Sencha ID?
Thanks,
Sam

We've run into this across all of the operating systems but have yet to isolate what the problem is.

Seems like a problem with my account. I created another Sencha ID and was able to register Designer, and start using it.
Thanks,
Sam

"Server Error Occurred" while registering for Ext Designer
"Server Error Occurred" while registering for Ext Designer
Hello,
I created a new account and received the confirmation mail for the same. But still unable to register for Ext Designer with my valid credentials.
-It gives me "Server Error Occurred".
-I use Windows 7
-Created a different Sencha account and tried registering through that, but same error.
-Mine is a trial version.
-Have sent a mail regarding the same to no-reply@sencha.com.
Could anyone please help me with this. Thank you!
Thanks and Regards,
Swasthi

It is unlikely that you will receive any response form "no-reply@sencha.com".
Send an email to architect.feedback at sencha.com and Viciki will be able to help you out.Aaron Conran
