"Please associate model" warning on a store that is associated with a model.
"Please associate model" warning on a store that is associated with a model.
Hi,
I've created a model and a store. I set the model property of the store to the model that I just created but Designer shows a warning red exclamation to the right of the store in the Project Inspector. The message when hovering over the exclamation states ... "Please associate a model...." . Attached is a screen shot.
-thanks,
Hugo

You need to configure a proxy and a reader under the model to fetch data. If using local storage or sync you just need the proxy.

So I don't think we have enough data to call this a bug. Does your Model have a proxy and a reader? If not then this is a valid error message.

Hi,
I think I misinterpreted the message. Since it comes up next to the store instead of the model I figured it just needed to have a model for the store.
-thanks,
Hugo.
Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for
DSGNR-1294
in
Architect 2.0.
