Grid rows have different heights in Locked and Unlocked part

Hi

Grid rows have different heights in Locked and Unlocked part after render
It mostly happens in Firefox but sometime happens in IE too.
Then when I just call refresh grid store it fixes itself

Anybody had the same issue? Any possible solutions?
