Success! Looks like we've fixed this one. According to our records the fix was applied for DSGNR-1318 in Architect 2.0.

    Ext.menu.Menu.floating config always set to false on Designer startup


    I have two Menu objects in my app with "floating: true" because I'm using them as context menus. If I close out of Designer and go back into the project, they are automatically set to "floating: false" - and I have to reset them back to true.
