Expand category fails sometimes after collapse all

Start a new Ext JS 4 project. Collapse all categories in the Toolbox. Try to expand Menu. It does not expand.

Most categories appear to work fine. I've only noticed this with Grid View, Menu, and Toolbar. Strangely, these cateogories seem to toggle just fine until the collapse all is selected.
