    Did I miss something? The -all .js files seem to not be part of the build. Is there something I missed in how I need to use this version?

    The builds have changed as mentioned in the release notes. You can find more information about the changes in the Using and creating builds guide.

    So, does this mean they no longer release a build with the -all files in them? We have to do that on our own even when just getting started? I'm a bit surprised by this.

    There still are '-all.js' files, which is at the top of that guide I just linked to. It explains all the different builds and what you should use them for....
