TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object, when working in Designer

My Designer project was working fine, I don't even think I made any changes just beforehand, and then all of the sudden if I view one of my components, I get this error. The error is fatal (options are "exit" and "restart"), so I can't even try to fix it: The moment I click on that component, the error occurs. It appears to be coming from a TreePanel.

The code works fine outside of Designer (i.e., the site runs correctly).

Anyone experience this before? I'm using Designer 1.2.2 and ExtJS 4.0.7.

Have you tried to open the same project in Designer Beta 2? Does the same thing occur?
