I have a toolbar above a grid that has some buttons that are right-justified and as you can see below, the tool tip is rendering off the edge of the screen (the browser window is maximized). Note that this only happens with the initial rendering of the tool tip and as soon as I move my mouse, even very slightly, the tool tip corrects itself and relocates so that it is all visible on screen.
