    App in background features

Hi! I'd like to know if is it possible to do these 2 things using Sencha Touch + Phone Gap

    1) When user open app first step, I need that app is in background and sends geo info to a remote server; that mean that when app is executed (also if user open other apps etc.), this app is in background and sends geo info. (in iPhone and Android)

    2) I need a way for manage push message on iPhone and Android! I've tried easyAPNS, is great but only for iPhone. Is there a way for manage these notifications on both devices??

    Thanks

Sencha Touch doesn't do anything to not be able to do it but the OS and PhoneGap may
