404 (Not Found) error on sencha-touch-all-debug.js

Yesterday, I had a working app, and today I did the small upgrade and now the app breaks with error message:

• [COLOR=red !important]designer.js:16Uncaught ReferenceError: Ext is not defined[/COLOR]

Now I am getting this error. What is going on????

Sorry, we are upgrading the server to serve up beta1 instead of pr4.

Your error should go away for now, if it does not please clear your cache.
