    Answered: Best way to know if model has been persisted?


    I have a view of models that will be a mix of persisted and non persisted models and the text will be slightly different depending on the case. Currently I'm just checking

    Code:
    record.getId() == parseInt(record.getId())
    To see if it's an id from the database vs a sencha generated id.

    If you created the model locally then the phantom property will be true on the model. It will be false/undefined if it came from a server or you did a sync()
