Unanswered: Overlaying images and gradients on gauge axes?
Unanswered: Overlaying images and gradients on gauge axes?
Hi,
I have a requirement for a heavily styled gauge chart. Some of it can be replicated with CSS3 gradients, but there is definitely a need to use a transparent PNG as a mask for one of the axes. Is that possible?

You can use a background-image. If that doesn't work for you then you can position an image over the chart manually.

Thanks for getting back to me. I think I was over thinking the problem, in the end RaphaelJS made more sense for my purpose.
